Virtual Notary Services has been in business in Southwest Florida for the past 10 years. Although we started as a mobile notary service, we quickly adopted technology and certifications that allow us to provide notary services everywhere.
Virtual notarization is a quick way to get your documents finalized. It can be done from a smartphone and takes about 10 minutes.
We can help walk you or your clients through the documents. With worker shortages making it difficult to assure that regular locations always have a notary during business hours, this is a guaranteed way to execute a document. We can also travel to you or your clients. No need to take time out of your day to come to an office. Clients unable or unwilling to come to a bank now have an easy way of getting documents executed. We are available for you to setup a time and a location that is good for you, with a mobile notary for your real estate closing, trust, wills and more.

Can I use my smartphone for virtual notarization?
Yes. Some of the older versions of smartphones might not be compatible. But you just need a steady internet connection and a smartphone with a camera.
Do I have to be in Florida to notarize a document virtually?
No. You can be anywhere globally.
What do I need for my appointment?
Please provide a state or government issued photo ID that is not expired.
Do you travel to hospitals?
Yes, I can travel to hospitals, nursing homes and long term care facilities.
