Virtual notarization are like any other notarization service, just available directly from your home. You just need a home computer with the ability to upload your document, and you qualify.

How do I get my document notarized virtually?
Book an appointment
We are available year-round to notarize your documents online, simply book a time on our calendar.
Upload your document
Once you gain access to our secure platform, you will be able upload your document.
Log into the video session
You will receive a link to a video session, save this link and click on it before your scheduled appointment date.
Wait to be connected
You will go into a queue and will then be connected a live our Notary agent.
Identity verification
We will ask you for two forms of ID and a series of security questions to verify your identity online.
Receive notarized document by email
Once we have notarized your document, we will send you a secure link to download the files.
