How to Work with a Remote Online Notary

Hi, my name is Katie Tremulis. I’m the owner of Notary SWFL and a commissioned Remote Online Notary in the state of Florida. I wanted to give a brief explanation of how best to work with me—and how Remote Online Notarization (RON) can benefit your business.

Step 1: Discovery Call

I always recommend starting with a discovery call. It’s much easier to learn more about your business, discuss what you need notarized, and identify the ways RON can really benefit your company. Many businesses don’t realize how much time they spend mailing documents, scheduling FedEx or UPS deliveries, or dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth. Remote Online Notarization solves these problems—it’s faster, more secure, and often more cost-effective.

Step 2: Sending Your Documents

When you’re ready to move forward, simply email me your documents along with:

  • The latest date they need to be finalized.

  • The signer’s information (full name, a unique email address for each signer, and a good contact number).

Once I have those details, I take care of scheduling with the signer and manage the entire notarization process. After everything is finalized, I’ll send the completed documents back to you promptly.

Why Work With a RON?

Remote Online Notarization isn’t just convenient—it can transform how businesses handle paperwork. It cuts down on delays, eliminates mailing costs, and makes notarization accessible from virtually anywhere. Many companies are finding that adding RON to their workflow saves significant time and improves client experience.

Let’s Connect

If you have questions, I’d love to talk them through with you. I could talk about notarizations all day—and I truly believe they can add value to so many types of businesses.
